A rule is a single access control policy statement that defines who can do what on which resource. For example: "Managers can approve expenses under €10,000" is one rule. Complex policies may require multiple rules, while simple permissions need only one.
Enterprise Cloud starts at €299/month for up to 100 rules. Additional rules are priced progressively: +€50 per 100 rules up to 500, then +€20 per 100 rules up to 1,000. For larger deployments or on-premise pricing, contact us.
Governance Constraints help you enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and detect toxic combinations of permissions. Big ACL automatically flags policy conflicts—for example, preventing someone from both creating and approving purchase orders.
Yes — no credit card required. It's ideal for evaluating Big ACL or for small teams managing lightweight authorization needs.
You'll be able to view existing rules, but creating new ones will require upgrading to an Enterprise plan. We'll notify you before you reach the limit.

Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Enterprise at any time. The upgrade is instant—your new features and rule limits are available immediately. If you're on monthly billing, you'll be charged the prorated difference. Annual subscribers will have the upgrade applied to their next billing cycle.
Yes, you can downgrade at any time. If you exceed the Starter plan's 20-rule limit, you'll need to archive or delete rules before the downgrade takes effect. Downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing period—no refunds for unused time, but you keep full access until then.
