YOU AGREE TO THESE TOS WHEN YOU (1) CLICK A CHECKBOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR (2) SIGN AN ORDER FORM REFERENCING THE TOS OR (3) USE THE FREE CARBONE SERVICES. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TOS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THE TOS. The Big ACL service is published and operated by BIG ACL, a company incorporated under French law, registered under number 983 036 690, with its registered office located at 29, rue Louis Joxe, 44200 Nantes, France (hereinafter “Big ACL” or the “Publisher”).
Big ACL develops and operates a governance of access platform intended strictly for professional use.

Paid offers are subscribed for a defined term and are automatically renewed, unless terminated in accordance with the applicable subscription conditions.
Fees are billed according to the billing cycle associated with the selected offer.
Big ACL grants the User a license to use the service that is:
No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User.
The User is strictly prohibited, directly or indirectly, from:
Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination, without prejudice to any claim for damages.
Big ACL undertakes to use reasonable efforts to ensure service availability.
However, Big ACL does not guarantee:
Temporary interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
Big ACL shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
Big ACL’s total aggregate liability, for all claims combined, is expressly limited to an amount equal to two (2) times the fees actually paid by the User for the billing cycle during which the event giving rise to the damage occurred.
Big ACL processes personal data in the context of the service in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.

Big ACL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
Termination results in the immediate cessation of the User’s right to access and use the service.
Big ACL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of use of the service.
Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, France, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
